Refunds & Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days from the day your box arrives to request a return.
To be eligible for a return the box must be in the same condition that you bought it - un-used, un-eaten, un-drunk. The box must be in its original packaging and not damaged. You will also be required to show us a proof of purchase.
To get the ball rolling on a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org or head to the contact us page. If your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to return the box. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be returned, replaced or refunded.

Damages and Issues
Please do take a good look at your order when it arrives to make sure it’s what you ordered. If anything is defective or damaged or you have received the wrong item, please do contact us with a photo of the error or issue and we’ll do our best to fix the problem.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable items such as food and flowers or customised boxes or items or personal care goods such as beauty products. We also do not accept returns of flammable liquids, hazardous materials or gases (hallelujah!). Please do contact us if you have any concerns or questions about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns of gift cards, sale items or boxes bought with discount codes.
We do not offer like for like exchanges. The best way to exchange an item is to process a return on your original order and then place a new order for the product you’d like.
Once you have requested a return and your application has been approved, we will process your refund as quickly as we can - you deserve to get that money back in your pocket! If approved, your money will be refunded to your payment method. Please remember that we do not have control on the speed that your bank or credit card company refunds money.
